the song Violence (enough is enough) By: a day to remember
Lyrics:
So when the world outside can't see what's wrong and right.
People can't understand the reasons that we fight.
Somethings gotta give.
Violence give me violence,
Cause they say we're the worthless ones.
Substance give me substance.
lies the crown as I cut you down
You can call this a warning. It's a warning
that we're drowning in our malcontent.
Tear me down like a cancer, what's your answer?
We're different and it makes you sick.
- you can call this a warning. its like the propaganda from the hutu radio
-tear me down like cancer. because the hutus thought the tutsis were lower then cockroaches
- Were different and it makes you sick. the grand relationship between the hutus and tutsis.
*I do not own this song, nor take credit for creating it, all rights go to A Day to Remember and their respected labeling and marketing corporations*
this song relates to me because of only like 3 lines which are
Always searching for the bright side to find the strength for when I fall
I'm still believing that life has a meaning.
Can't cope with things that there's not.
I like to always find the bright-side of thing when life sucks which can be a lot.
and i like to believe that life does have meaning so its not completely useless.
and thats about it.
Great post alex, i like that you wrote a lot and explained great. Keep up the work alex!

ReplyDeleteLove the connection to specific lyrics and the similarities in the movie. You are starting to scratch the surface of human experiences that cause violence. How can you connect the feelings from the movie or song? What common feelings set people off?
